Airport
The Gerald R. Ford International Airport is the primary air transportation facility serving Grand Rapids and the entire West Michigan region. Located within Michigan's second largest metropolitan area, the airport provides a full range of air transportation services. The airport is about 18 miles from the Conference site, the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

Shuttle Services
Air Porter provides shuttle service between Gerald R. Ford International Airport and the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. The cost is $15.00 one way or $25.00 round trip per person. The shuttles operate every half-hour from 7:00am - 9:30pm, every 30 minutes, seven days a week.

Shuttles stop at the marked shelter in the commercial lane across from exit 3 of the passenger terminal facility at the airport. Tickets for the Air Porter are available on the shuttle.
Rental Car at the Airport
Rental car agencies are located at the far end of the airport's east ticketing wing. Rental car ready and return spaces are located within walking distance of the passenger terminal building.

Rental Car at the Hotel
Hertz Rent-A-Car is on property of the Amway Grand Hotel. It’s open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hotel Parking for registered hotel guests is: $14 per night for self-parking & $22 per night for valet parking (24-hour in-and-out privileges)
